Working in the cruise industry for over 30 years and has given me the opportunity to experience many cruise ships and I have watched them in recent years get bigger and more exciting, seen cruise prices drop in comparison to 30 years ago and more and more families travelling! It is wonderful to see all age groups enjoy the gift of cruising.

At Southampton Cruise Concierge I really am passionate about providing all my customer's the time needed to ensure that their booking is tailored to include everything they need to make their cruise holiday magical. I aim to identify which cruise line or ship I believe will suit you best, providing you with all the elements which will make for a fantastic cruise holiday for you. In addition, I like to not only give you a good deal, I usually match or beat prices from elsewhere. I will contact different cruise lines, suppliers and airlines to obtain the very best price so please make sure you get a quote from me before booking your cruise! You will not only receive great service but the best price too!

My cruise knowledge spans over 30 years, working for several travel agencies, cruise lines & hotels including American Express Travel, Cunard, Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Seabourn Cruise Line & The Grand Harbour Hotel in Southampton.  I also have a good knowledge of how the cruise lines work shoreside which is a great benefit when adjusting and amending bookings.  Good understanding of cruise deck plans, the best locations for cabins along with the benefits of being in a certain area of the ship, so if you need advice and are unsure of anything, just give me a call and I will happily clarify it all for you.I always treat my customers' bookings as if they were my own and will absolutely do my best to get your cabin in the location you prefer and need.

New to cruising?  Often, I will provide people with extra information about cruising that you can not find in a brochure! Only experience can tell you if you need a travel adaptor on a specific ship or whether the drinks package is worth purchasing or not? There are no silly questions, fire them my way , that is what I am here for and always happy to help.
